He Was a Little Dude
We took Wesley to a well baby appointment today and we are proud to announce that he now weighs 29 pounds and is 34 inches tall. His weight ran around the 50th percentile and his height was in the 75th percentile, so he still has alot of catching up to do. There was another lady in the waiting room with a newborn (5 days old). The little baby looked soooooooooooooo tiny to me so I asked her what he weighed when he was born. He was 6 lbs 12 oz and I couldn't believe it. He seemed so small, but yet Wesley only weighed 4 lbs 14 oz when he was born a month early. I remember that he was tiny, but after seeing this other baby it was hard for me to believe that he was 2 lbs smaller. So, I had to go back and look at the pics of Wesley when he was born. Yep, he was a pretty small dude. Hope you enjoy the look back in time!
